EscapeShow is a combination of a virtual escape room (via Zoom) and a live show performed by our talented actors.

An EscapeShow game is about 60 minutes long. 

We recommend booking as early as possible. The minimum order time is 72 hours before the game so our team can prepare your experience. 

If you wish to make an urgent booking with less than 72 hours notice, contact our sales team.

Yes, absolutely! Leave your details and we will contact you.

This is because our team is large and we want to allow you as much flexibility as possible. Therefore, all time slots are always open and if there is a problem with your booking due to actor availability, we will notify you within 12 hours. The probability of this is very low so do not worry about it. Please note that at any given moment, you can only book three days in advance via our system.

EscapeShow is suitable for 6 up to… well, we don’t have a limit!
If you are less than 6, you can still book EscapeShow by selecting 6 participants in the booking section. Note that the price would be the same as if you were 6 people (as it is the minimum price for a group). The game is fun for any group size but please note that you need at least 3 people in a group in order to solve some of the riddles (it’s all about working together!). 

Each group consists of up to 20 participants and we can run many (many!) groups simultaneously.

Our team consists of dozens of professional actors so we have no limit to the amount of participants we can entertain.

You can book online for up to 40 participants , and If you wish to book more than that, talk to us and we will make it happen.

The game is suitable for ages 12 and above, if their group contains only kids. 
If your group consists of adults combined with children, children can be younger than 12 years old.

Yes, no problem! Contact us throughout our chat or contact form before booking and tell our representatives you would like to pay with a wire/bank transfer. They will guide you from there on how to do it.

From here on, It’s “MyGame” Time!

1. Your next step is to log into our MyGame page, where you should fill in information about your group, so our actors can integrate it into the plot during your game. It takes between 15-20 minutes to fill out everything, and if you need help, we’re always here for you.

2. Each group consists of up to 20 participants, so if you booked more than 20, you can easily divide them into 2 groups with a couple of clicks over in the MyGame area.

3. In the MyGame area you can also add more participants, up to 48 hours before your game.

4. You can also paste a link to a video (youtube/Vimeo/Google drive and so on), which we can play at the end of your game. This could be a birthday greeting or a message from the CEO, for example. You can see examples for a script for such a video here:

5. Last step is getting your Zoom link. You will see your link in the MyGame area and also receive it by email. If you need to play the game via Meet, Teams or Webex, please let us know as soon as possible and we will guide you from there.

6. Once you have everything set up, send the link to all your group members and tell them to log in 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. It is not mandatory, but we strongly recommend not telling your participants that the video call they are about to have is EscapeShow. You can tell them it’s just a standard/routine video call. Our Game is much more fun if you don’t know what it is in advance.
Once everybody is logged in to the call,  we’ll take it from there!

The game is a reasonable level of difficulty, so on one hand, you will feel great enjoyment in successfully completing the challenges, and on the other hand, you will not feel the frustration of failure. The missions, challenges, riddles and puzzles are very cool, it took us a lot of time to build them and we are sure that your whole group will enjoy them very much.

Our games take place 7 days a week between 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), so you can book for any time slot between that.

Currently the game can be played in English only.

Each group consists of a maximum of 20 participants, so if you booked 35 participants for example, they should be divided into two groups in the MyGame area. Each group will have a different Zoom link to the game and a different actor to run it.
However, if you are interested in setting up a group with more than 20 participants for any reason, please contact us and if possible, we will give you the option to do that.

Of course! This is the advantage of a virtual group game!

It’s all the same thing: it’s just different names we call the people you book the game for. Your booking cost is according to how many participants/players/invitees you have.

We currently have 2 (secret) plot/theme for the games (1 for business and 1 for private groups), which we worked very hard to make it as successful as it is. In the future we will add more plots.
Note that there is a game that is built for business/corporate groups and there is a game built for private groups.
The difference between them is in the plot and in the details we need to incorporate into the game, so be sure to choose your event type.

We have two games, one for a business audience and one for a private audience. In order for us to know which game is right for you, you need to choose it during the order.

The differences between them are, among other things, in the questions that will be asked before your activity. For example, if you booked a Team-Building game type (Which is a the game for businesses and corporations) you will get questions like “What is you company name? Who is the funniest person in the office? and so on.

if you booked a “birthday” game type (Which is a the game for private groups) you will get questions like “Who is the person celebrating a birthday? How old will he be? and so on.
Of course you do not need a special occasion to order the game, just choose “Just for fun with friends or family”

We recommend that each participant have a separate computer screen but you can also have  2-3 participants on one screen – but note that in this case, the cost would be according to the number of participants in the game and not according to the number of computers / screens.

We recommend Joining the game’s Zoom call and play through a desktop or laptop computer (it’s just more fun), but if someone has to – There is no problem connecting from a mobile phone or tablet (just to make sure there is a good internet connection).
